Voter rights may be surpressed. The nation's economy is in critical condition. Voters have the right to hear each candidate's plan for leading this nation, now!

Michigan citizens who have lost their home due to foreclosure may not be able to vote in this very important election. Many are appalled to learn that Macomb County, Republican Party Chairman, James Carabelli is leading the charge to suppress voters who have recently lost their home due to the foreclosure crisis. As an important swing state this potential voter suppression affects all American voters.

Lose Your Home, Lose Your Vote

Many are outraged that a ‘Lose Your Home, Lose Your Vote’ scheme is underway. The resounding cry for change in America has concerned voters debating many of the issues that plague our society. Michigan is not the only state hit hard by this economic crisis. Clearly, the time has come for change, but real change must come from the bottom up.

Michigan Voter Rights and America’s Economic Crisis

Michiganders need to know their rights. The Obama campaign has joined the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and displaced citizens in bringing a lawsuit to put an end to these anti-democratic strategies. Will news of this Michigan voter protection lawsuit reach the affected citizens, or will it be displaced by even more disturbing news on our economic crisis? It will take an enormous effort to change the course of this voter suppression and hopefully the DNC will succeed. This election is far too important for any voter to be silenced.

Presidential Candidates Debate is Critical

In recent weeks, a clear course to rebuild middle class America has been charted by Barack Obama and Joseph Robinette Biden. Under their plan, 95% of American families will get a tax cut, energy rebates will help gas costs, and businesses that ship American jobs overseas will be punished. Concerned voters have access to this plan, which is certain to be presented in the first presidential debate at the end of this week. McCain announced yesterday, that he is suspending his campaign at this time to concentrate on the economic crisis. McCain calls for suspending the first presidental debate as well!

Economic Recovery and Voter Rights

Today, on September 25, 2008, Bush has assembled American elected officials to push his agenda on economic recovery that many believe is faulty. The outcome of these talks will affect all Americans, in the short and long term. United States citizens cannot wait to learn how our next president will lead the country through this economic disaster.

Clearly, the presidential debate is of critical importance to this election. Friday, September 26, 2008 all Americans should have the opportunity to hear what each candidate has slated for our country, in all matters. All Michigan voters have the right to vote, and all Americans have the right to hear how the candidates will lead this nation, now!
